Vello is introducing new pricing starting from spring 2024. Existing Vello customers have the option to switch to the new pricing from February 7, 2024, or continue with their current monthly rates.
New Vello users will automatically enjoy the new pricing.
Additional Calendars Starting at $4
With the updated pricing, Vello aims to better serve the needs of growing businesses by reducing the price of additional calendars to just $4 * (a 77% discount).
Furthermore, the Basic usage level price is decreasing. Going forward, the cost of calendars at the Basic level is only $8.90 each (a 12% discount).
Significant Changes in Payment Solutions
Effective immediately, the payment terminal is included for free in Premium and Pro subscriptions (a 100% discount).
Additionally, the transaction commission is now as low as 0.9% + $0.25 per transaction (an 80% discount).
What's Changing?
Introducing a new Pro usage level alongside the existing Free, Basic, and Premium levels. The Pro level includes an A1-class patient information system and a Kanta connection.
The core of the new pricing is the introduction of tiered pricing for Premium and Pro levels: Calendar prices decrease the more calendars are in use on the Vello account.
Furthermore, tiered pricing is being implemented for transaction fees in payment solutions.
All Packages Summarized
Choose the package that best fits your business: Free, Basic, Premium, or Pro.
You can modify your package, billing period, and the total number of booking calendars at any time. If your subscription decreases or your billing period shortens, Vello will credit the unused portion to your Vello account.
Free Usage Level Remains Free
No changes to the Free usage level. Vello continues to offer a free option with basic booking features and some limitations. It's a risk-free choice for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Basic Calendars 12% Cheaper
The Basic usage level continues to include essential customer management and booking features without limitations, now at an even more affordable price.
At the Basic level, all booking calendars have the same price. For businesses with at least six calendars, choosing the Premium package is more cost-effective.

Pro Level Includes a Patient Recording System and Kanta Integration
The Pro usage level, designed for healthcare professionals, includes all Premium features and a Kanta integration. The Pro price decreases as the total number of users increases.
Vello Pro is an A1-class audited and Valvira-registered patient record system for managing and archiving patient information.
The Pro package is available with six and 12-month billing periods.

*Additional calendars are priced tier by tier. The price of an additional calendar is only $4 / month + VAT when the total number of booking calendars on the Vello account exceeds 40 calendars and a one-year billing period is used.
